Residential Maintenance Program  The RMP consists of 2 preventative treatments per year, one in Spring, and one in Fall. Emergency visits throughout the year are included free of charge. In the spring, we will inspect your home and treat any existing problems as well as apply preventative treatments to susceptible areas. In the fall we will return to inspect your home, perform a preventative treatment for rodents and apply a protective barrier to the exterior. This will prevent a re-infestation of ants and other over wintering insects. Should a pest problem occur at any time during the year, simply call our office to schedule an appointment and we will gladly send a technician to treat the problem at no additional charge. Payment in full is expected at the time of initial service. See the list below for pests covered by this program. 

Quarterly Treatment Program  The QTP  consists of 4 scheduled preventative treatments, spread out over a 12 month period, designed to stop pest infestations before they begin. This program provides your home with the highest level of protection. It is similar to the above plan, but includes 2 additional visits to inspect and provide preventative treatments to help insure against infestation. This program covers the same household pests as the RMP.   

Pest Specific Treatments Treatment programs can be designated for a specific pest with a warranty period or, a combination of pests which are common to your home. For example: Carpenter Ants and Yellow Jackets. Prices for most jobs can be quoted over the phone with the exception of Termite treatments and Bat exclusions. For these types of pests we will send out an inspector free of charge to provide you with an accurate, on the spot price quote.
