Preventative Programs
2 preventative treatments per year
Residential Maintenance Program
The RMP program is one of our most popular service programs. It consists of 2 preventative treatments per year, one in Spring and one in the Fall, and emergency visits if needed are included free of charge. On the initial visit we inspect your Massachusetts home and treat any existing problems covered under the RMP, as well as applying low-impact preventative treatments to susceptible areas. In the fall we inspect again, perform a preventative treatment for rodents and apply another protective barrier to the exterior of your home, which prevents a re-infestation of ants and many other over-wintering insects. Should a covered pest problem occur at any time during the year, simply call our office and we will gladly send a technician to treat it at no additional charge.
4 scheduled treatments over 12 months
Quarterly Treatment Program
The QTP consists of 4 scheduled preventative treatments spread out over a 12 month period, designed to stop pest infestations before they begin. This preventative pest control program provides your Massachusetts home with the highest level of protection. It is similar to the RMP, but includes 2 additional visits to inspect and provide preventative treatments to help insure against infestation. It covers the same household pests as the RMP.

Pest Specific Treatments
Treatment programs can be designated for a specific pest with a warranty period, or for a combination of pests which are common to your home — for example carpenter ants and yellow jackets. Prices for most jobs can be quoted over the phone, with the exception of termite treatments and bat exclusions. For those we will send out an inspector free of charge to give you an accurate, on-the-spot price quote.

Pest Control Service FAQs
The Residential Maintenance Program is 2 preventative treatments a year, one in Spring and one in the Fall, with free emergency visits in between.
